Welp, the plans have been made, and we’re furiously sewing up the last minute details to help deliver the best event we can.  A few notes right now.

If you’re a registered vendor, you should have received your arrival instructions. If you have not, check your spam or junk folders, and if you can’t locate it, please email vendors@rivercityfestival.org.  For arriving vendors, we cannot stress enough the need to adhere to the guidelines set forth.  Especially arriving along Delaware Avenue onto Beach street.  If you try to come in via Columbia, even if you’re walking and not driving, you will be directed back out to the designated check in point.  We will have volunteers on site to escort you to your booth location and will assist with only the first load of materials from your car.  You’ll be responsible for unloading the rest of your items and immediately moving your vehicle to the vendor parking area adjacent to the park.  This process insures the quickest and safest load in for the event.

I cheated and looked at the forecast earlier than I had hoped to obsess about.  The forecast is improving, but I’ll mention that this is a rain or shine event. We have a covered stage and beer pavilion so in the event we get some sprinkles, the show must and will go on.  A pop up tent is a great idea for your vendor spot as it provides, shade, shelter and also creates a welcoming space for potential customers.

As always, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us http://www.rivercityfestival.org/contact-us/.

See you on Saturday!
