Event Co-Chair
After 10 years, the event director has finally been able to admit that it’s time to share the duties of event director in the hopes of handing off the reins to a new neighbor to take the Festival into the future. Primary responsibilities include managing the event staff, ensuring that all permits and insurance are in order, assisting all department heads in defining and achieving individual and team goals, and maintaining accountability to the executive board of the Fishtown Neighbors Association.


Sponsorship Chair

The RiverCity Festival seeks a sponsorship chair whose primary responsibility is forming partnerships with local businesses to raise funds to present the RiverCity Festival. Key goals include identifying sponsorship opportunities, developing long term relationships, executing a fundraising campaign and ensuring that all sponsorship benefits are fulfilled.

Stage Manager
We are also seeking a Stage Manager whose primary responsibility includes working with our booking agent to curate a performance lineup, facilitating stage logistics, coordinating with the sound engineer, gathering stage requirements and publicity materials from the performers, and executing the plan on the day of the event. Key goals include executing a seamless plan to ensure successful relationship with all elements, performers and technicians.
Graphic Designer
We are seeking a graphic designer whose primary responsibility is to handle the layout and design of all visual elements required for the event. This includes event posters, banners, display ads, logo layout for banners and t-shirts. You will also be responsible for maintaining the website including maintaining current content posting sponsor logos and keeping vendor lists and hyperlinks current. Key goals include adhering to an established style set, meeting deadlines and deliverables as well as any other tasks that might become necessary.
